Grinner’s will be with you all the way. We offer setup support and staff training to get you going and ongoing support including marketing support and no charge promotional materials!
Location
Grinner’s will help you locate an ideal spot for a franchise if you don’t not already have one in mind.
The ideal location has a size of 1200 to 1400 sq.ft. (will consider 800-2000) with a minimum of 20 feet commercial glass front. Parking is important, the idea location has a minimum of 10 customer spaces plus delivery cars & staff.
Infrastructure: To ensure proper utility usage the ideal location must have 400 amp electrical with 80 breakers, propane, Waste removal, HVAC, 1 ½” water lines and 9” sewer lines.
